This service includes, among other services, unlimited legal work, “We Come to You” Franchiseability Study with Franchisor Training and all other foundational legal work for the first year.

Description
We provide this service with a down payment followed by a flat rate monthly retainer for the first year. These fees are non-refundable. It includes unlimited legal work, “We Come to You” Franchiseability Study with Franchisor Training, FDD goal within 45 days and all other foundational legal work for the first year. All other billing, for any additional services, later requested, will be billed at the then-current per hour discounted rate, or an agreed upon flat rate or retainer.

- Around 100+ other collateral materials and samples for your use in establishing your new franchise system
- Ongoing Service as Outsourced In-house Counsel
