Estate Planning – Basic Will Package (per person)
Description
Client shall pay for the Basic Estate Planning Package at the flat rate for each authorized package, subject to the provisions set forth below. This fee is non-refundable. All other billing, for any additional services, later requested, will be billed at the then-current per hour discounted rate stated, or an agreed upon flat rate per document.
- Basic Estate Planning Package:
- Will or Codicil, as applicable after attorney review
- A Healthcare Directive (basic)
- A Durable Power of Attorney (basic)
