The Federal Trade Commission published (Wednesday, March 17, 2010) within the Federal Register Vol. 75 No. 51, a copy of the commission’s revised regulatory review schedule for the period between 2011 through 2020.
The modified regulatory review reported eight more years of regulatory peace for the Franchise industry. 16 C. F. R Part 436 is scheduled for a review in the year 2018, specifically evaluating “Disclosure Requirements and Prohibitions Concerning Franchising”. A full report can be viewed at www.gpo.gov.
