• $3000 monthly – small Franchisor (0-20 franchisees)
• $4000 monthly – medium Franchisor (21-50 franchisees)
• $5000 monthly – large Franchisor (51+ franchisees)

Monthly Non-Retainers Options:

• $ 595/Hourly – Option with no monthly retainer
• $Quoted – Per piece pricing – (Quoted solely by Franchise Attorney)

• Review &/or Modify Franchise Disclosure Documents for existing franchisors
• Franchise Annual and Quarterly Updates to maintain state and federal compliance
• Draft and file State Registrations, Business Opportunity Exemptions, and Renewals
